Learn how to track payments from selling platforms in Resello.
The Payouts module helps you track payments received from selling platforms.
Overview
When you sell items, platforms like eBay or Mercari hold the funds before transferring them to you. Tracking payouts helps you:
- Verify you received all expected payments
- Match platform records with your bank
- Understand your cash flow
- Reconcile your records
Payout Information
| Field | Description |

| Platform | Which platform paid you |
| Amount | Payout amount |
| Date | When payment was received |
| Reference | Platform's payout ID or reference number |
| Status | Pending, Completed, etc. |

Adding a Payout
- Go to Payouts in the sidebar
- Click Add Payout
- Select the platform
- Enter amount and date
- Add the reference number from the platform
- Save
Platform Payout Schedules
Different platforms have different payout timings:
eBay
- Typically daily payouts
- May have holds for new sellers
- Scheduled payout options available
Mercari
- Direct deposit after delivery confirmed
- Usually within a few days of sale completion
Poshmark
- After delivery and acceptance
- 3-day acceptance window
Amazon
- Every 14 days by default
- Faster options available
