Filtering & Searching

Learn how to find items quickly using Resello's powerful filtering and search features.

Resello provides powerful tools to help you find exactly what you're looking for in your inventory.

Use the search bar to find items by:

  • Title
  • SKU
  • Description
  • Brand

Just start typing and results appear instantly.

Filtering

Click the filter icon to access advanced filtering options.

Available Filters

FilterOptions
StatusFilter by workflow status (Listed, Sold, etc.)
ConditionFilter by item condition
CategoryFilter by product category
LocationFilter by storage location
PlatformFilter by where item is listed
Date AddedFilter by when item was added
Price RangeFilter by cost or target price

Using Multiple Filters

Combine filters to narrow down your results:

  1. Select the first filter
  2. Add additional filters as needed
  3. Results update automatically

Sorting

Click any column header to sort by that field:

  • Click once for ascending order
  • Click again for descending order

Common sorts:

  • Date Added - See newest or oldest items
  • Price - Find highest or lowest priced items
  • Status - Group items by workflow stage

Saving Views

Create custom views for filters you use often:

  1. Set up your desired filters
  2. Click Save View
  3. Name your view
  4. Access it quickly from the views dropdown

Example Views

  • Ready to List - Status = Received + Photos uploaded
  • Low Margin - Items where target price is close to cost
  • Old Inventory - Items added more than 90 days ago
  • High Value - Items over a certain price threshold

Column Visibility

Customize which columns appear:

  1. Click the columns icon
  2. Toggle columns on/off
  3. Your preference is saved

Bulk Actions

Select multiple items to perform actions:

  1. Check boxes next to items
  2. Use the bulk action menu
  3. Apply changes to all selected items

Available bulk actions:

  • Update status
  • Change category
  • Export selected items
