Conditions describe the physical state of your inventory items.
Overview
Condition ratings help you:
- Describe items accurately
- Price appropriately
- Set buyer expectations
- Track inventory quality
Standard Conditions
Common condition ratings:

|---|---|
| New with Tags | Brand new, never used, original tags attached |
| New without Tags | Brand new, never used, tags removed or missing |
| New | Brand new, never used |
| Like New | Excellent condition, minimal signs of use |
| Very Good | Minor wear, fully functional |
| Good | Normal wear, fully functional |
| Acceptable | Significant wear but functional |
| For Parts | Not fully functional, for parts or repair |
Creating Conditions
- Go to Settings > Conditions
- Click Add Condition
- Enter the condition name
- Optionally add a description
- Save
