Learn how to manage customers and suppliers in Resello.
The Contacts feature helps you manage your network of customers and suppliers.
Overview
Contacts represent people and businesses you interact with:
- Customers - People who buy from you
- Suppliers - Sources where you buy inventory
- Both - Contacts who are both customers and suppliers
Contact Information

Adding a Contact
- Go to Contacts in the sidebar
- Click Add Contact
- Fill in contact details
- Select the contact type
- Save

- Can appear in orders and purchases

- Create an order
- Select or add the customer
- Customer history tracks automatically
With Purchases
Link suppliers to purchases:
- Record a purchase
- Select or add the supplier
- Source history builds over time
