Listings
Learn how to manage your product listings across selling platforms in Resello.
The Listings module helps you track where your items are listed for sale across different platforms.
Overview
A listing represents an item that's posted for sale on a selling platform. Track:
- Which platform the item is listed on
- Listing URL and details
- Listing status
- Price and views
- Connection to your inventory
Listing Information

| Listing URL | Direct link to the live listing |
| Price | Current listing price |

Creating Listings
- Go to Listings in the sidebar
- Click Add Listing
- Select the inventory item
- Choose the platform
- Enter listing details

Linking to Inventory
Each listing connects to an inventory item:
- One inventory item can have multiple listings (cross-listed)
- When a listing sells, update both the listing and create an order
- Inventory quantity and status update accordingly
Cross-Listing
Selling the same item on multiple platforms:
- Create the inventory item once
- Create a listing for each platform
- When it sells on one platform, end the other listings
- Update inventory and create the order
Platforms commonly used:
- eBay
- Mercari
- Poshmark
- Facebook Marketplace
- Depop
- Amazon
- Etsy
Tracking Performance
Monitor your listings to understand:
- Which platforms sell fastest
- What price points work best
- Average time from listing to sale
Best Practices
- Keep URLs current - Save listing links for easy access
- Track all platforms - Record listings everywhere you sell
- Update status quickly - Mark sold or ended immediately
- Note what works - Track which listings get views and sales
