Settings lets you customize Resello to fit your specific business needs.

Overview

Configure your workspace by managing:

  • Team information
  • Selling platforms
  • Product categories
  • Workflow statuses
  • Item conditions
  • Shipping methods
  • Team members

Accessing Settings

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar
  2. Navigate to the section you need
  3. Make changes
  4. Changes save automatically

Settings Sections

General

Basic team/workspace settings:

  • Team name
  • Logo
  • Currency

Platforms

Configure the selling platforms you use.

Categories

Create product categories for organizing inventory.

Statuses

Define workflow statuses to track items through your process.

Conditions

Set up item condition options.

Shipping

Configure shipping methods.

Members

Manage team members and roles.

Billing

Subscription and payment settings.

General Settings

Team Name

Your business or workspace name. Shown throughout the app.

Upload your business logo. Displayed in the sidebar and reports.

Currency

Select your operating currency. Used for all financial displays and calculations.

Note: Changing currency doesn't convert existing values.

Quick Setup Checklist

When first setting up Resello:

  1. Set currency - Choose your currency first
  2. Add platforms - Configure where you sell
  3. Create categories - Organize your inventory types
  4. Define statuses - Set up your workflow
  5. Add conditions - Set condition options
  6. Invite team - Add members if applicable

Making Changes

Most settings can be changed at any time:

  • New categories can be added anytime
  • Statuses can be reordered
  • Members can be added or removed

Some changes affect existing data:

  • Deleting a category affects items in that category
  • Removing a status affects items with that status

Plan changes carefully to avoid data issues.
